Looks like there were some problems for Win10 users today. Could be the fix for that.

Yep i can now play civ 5 again

Hmm. Ok. But it says it`s been resolved by valave, not firaxis and it was the game that patched not Steam.

I hate this stealth patches that don`t explain themselves. Oh well, thanks anyway.
