PBEM - Expressions of Interest

Something that occured to me- if we could get a suitable number of grognards together we could get a fun play-by-email game going.

Player 1- Germany
Player 2- USSR
Player 3- Poland, Norway, Low Countries
Player 4- Finland, Baltics, Hungary, Romania/Bulgaria
Player 5- UK
Player 6- Italy
Player 7- France
Player 8- Greece, Yugoslavia, Canada
Player 9- USA

As to the PBEM option. That may be quite good idea. However, the Players could be as follows;

1: Germany + Hungary and Romania
2: Italy + Finland
3: England + Canada and Greece
4: Russia + Yugoslavia
5: France + Belgium/Holland
6: U.S.A. + Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania + Ireland + Sweden + Turkey

As this is the order the nations go through.

Then ... Poland, Hungary, Denmark/Norway, Belgium/Holland, Spain, Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania, Turkey, Finland, Yugoslavia, Sweden, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Canada, Ireland, Greece, Romania, Albania

Well I was thinking the first go around at least we would stay historical and the neutrals like spain, sweden, turkey, etc. would be AI and off limits.

Are there any interested players out there? It would be a really long game of course, playing about a turn a day. I suppose at a minimum we would only need two players, one for the Axis and the other for the Allies. But the more the merrier of course! Is anyone else besides me game?

I'd be interested, but I've never done a PBEM and also my Civ computer is not connected to the internet, if there is a way to get passed this I would be interested as... Poland and BeNeLux, I'm serious...

Yes, you need my specific Mod.

As to the mechanics of it. I believe a save file is emailed to the next player in turn.

Ah, so this is a scenario where the civs are already well established? I think I'll pull out, I'm not so in to outright warfare right from the start (not good at it).
