Though it seems so strong, China, Germany, Rome, Persia and Korea are ahead of me
Somehow China has 50 citizens in capital... They are the strongest civ, with 200 points above me
Most of the units i have were gifted and i spend way too much of money on meinteinence
Help me with money pls T_T And tell me what I'm doing wrong. I have so many not upgraded units because i have almost no money

All I see is 500 bpt on turn 350.

whyidie I'm friends w/ Huns and France. France is powerful but chose Freedom and i have Autocracy. I have good relations with Songhai
I already chose my specialists to work like that but i havent changed the focus. I' dont know if someone already built Big Ben. And China is very strong I know points arent important but they are almost 300 points above me and they have few times more citizens. They also adopted 3 policy branches and aren't behind in army and technology.

I know i have alot of units on Nara, they are all from city states who put them there.. I have a new unit from city states almost every turn

I dont know what bpt is zzzz How much should i have?

Get some artilleries, battleships or Bomber units (with aircraft carriers) to support them, then go knock down your nearest neighbor with those units because those are currently just wasted units doing nothing but eating up your gold per turn

Bismarck or Sejong would be good targets

bpt is your science output. I'm a relativist. If you're doing ok on science and having a fun game, the answer is you have enough.

If you are interested in maximizing your efficiency, I'll let others answer.

Digressing from this a little bit, perhaps there can also be King/Emperor/Immortal Challenge games, which is similar to the Deity Challenge in format, but played on lower difficulties as a training tool for newer players.
Most of the GotM's are played on Prince-Emperor already, but if you have enough enthusiasm, why not? Go and start a new series. :) I'm sure it'll be helpful for some. The main problem, however, is that many of the players you're referring to have entirely different goals in mind. This thread is a good illustration.

I don't know if Immortal/Emperor challenges would be popular because a hard Immortal map for instance is probably fairly close to an easy Deity map. Same thing for Emperor. Whereas the Deity challenges offer something that the game doesn't: a harder challenge.

Pls can you give me advices and tips on playing? I will start a new game and i really want to improve
I want to play as Japan (22 civilizations with King difficulty on biggest map with continents)

No offense intended but the starting parameters are in contradiction with themselves. You can either play with these settings or learn to play with smaller map & lesser civs - there really is no educational value in a dozen unmet civs for most of the game.

Even with the contradictory goals (I don't disagree with you, they are challenging) the OP is not doing too bad:

Japan - Check!
Shinto - Check!
Few cities - Check!
Peaceful game - Check!
Diplomatic victory - Still possible!
Culture victory - Abandoned for diplomacy..
First to Nukes - Maybe not...

More importantly, I think the poster may actually be enjoying their game.

Yes and yes. Absolutely go for it, I do think you'll get some folks onboard!

As for me, I enjoy taking my time and moving up the difficulty ladder. I've got to get years out of this game! Its like practice vs play. I'll play a sport all day, but can only last for a couple of hours of practice :)

I don't think there is an urgent need in immortal challenges, since most of the strategies that work on deity are applicable on immortal. The gap between emperor and deity is too big, though. King/emperor is the most optimal area for learning the fundamentals, IMO.

Everyone can do it. If you like the idea, pick a map an open a thread in S&T. We'll see if it takes off and how serious the participants are very quickly. :)

I was just lending support for sufficiency to do it, not actually doing it myself!

I'm very much in this camp.

This is demographics screen. I don't know why Montezuma has so much army w
I have 0 uranium on my territory. There is 4 on Lisbon but I'm not allied with them and i should capture them (it will be 8 because of Fascism)but i really don't want to TT

:) I won't be surprised if Sufficiency is in the same boat with you. ;)

I could always try and start an Immortal challenge when I have the free time. But the problem is that I think Immortal has become a bit too easy for me now and I'm ready(I hope) to get serious on Deity. And that I have two exams in the next 5 days that I need to study for :p.
