Started to develop of the patch 1.5.4

Planned improvements/innovations:

  • Correction of errors
  • The addition of new models to select (early tank, tank, heavy tank, small rocket ship) - 28 new models
  • Python-components:
    • Select the governor of the colony (the creation of the colony, you can choose who will lead it)
    • The settlers - Instead of it building a 1 population city with no buildings it starts with 2 or 3 pop.
  • Additional leaders (Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Ivan Grozniy, Alexander Nevsky, the leaders of the colonization of the Indians and European countries) - a separate downloadable package / EAC

Can all civs have their own unique units? I can't seem to implement that in the settings.

Only one unit for each civ.

I do not see any reason to do more unique units, they should be with the same parameters or need a very long time to check the balance.

In plans are, add a different models of the same units for different groups of civs.
For example, modern armor. North America - Abrams, Europe - Leopard, Middle East - T-72 (as usual, with the ability to choose).

Also, where can I find some new configuration files?

For what? All settings can be changed in the program.
 
OH! By unique units, I actually meant different skins for the same unit. Sorry for the confusion.

And by config files, I meant the ones used to create a custom mod, for eg.

"Config[All change.USA.1.4.0].rfm"
"Config[Modern_flags].rfm" .etc
