Welcome to the office of governor of the North-Western Aimag. The Northwestern Aimag is composed of cities 'liberated' from the evil emperor Caesar. Many of these cities have lost many buildings due to collateral damage from the Roman's attempts to continue occupying these cities.
The first priority of this office will be to get these cities back on their feet and producing for the nation. Some adjustment of how the surrounding land has been developed may be necessary.
