The Worker will Compleate cutting down the trees in 2 turns.

40J might want to check my figures on this (or anyone who can give me to correct build time for the next Settler), but if we switch to a Spearman now...it will be produced when the forest tile is cleared. Then if we start a Settler immediately, the amount of turns to produce the Settler will put us almost in POP4. I suppose it all depends on when (or if) we switch to the other game while we're irrigating the game we're using now. Does this sound correct to you?

Sounds plausible, but I'd like very much to see the save game so that I can double-check it.
