Unique units & Starting Techs not showing

I noticed that the civilizations in the Sevopedia are not showing the unique units or starting technologies for the civs. I reinstalled the C2C mod, still the same and then put the mod mod Civ pack, same thing for all of them. Is there something obvious I'm missing or that I should do?
 
Civilizations are a bit more generic in C2C now. There are no unique units or starting techs.
 
Ah good, it's ment to be that way. So just leader modifiers...got it. I was cleaning up some of the fictitious civs from the mod pack and noticed all these blank sections, thought I installed something wrong...
