Why can Granada be downloaded anymore?
Also on Steam I am having an issue with Wales and Brandenburg-Prussia. When I subscribe to them, one removes the other from the mods list.

Their Mod IDs are the same for some reason; manually change one of the IDs to fix.

It's been so for a while unfortunately. I think there was something with Urdnot not being satisfied with the current design, thus not wanting to spend time on fixing the mod (yep - it's pretty broken), since he'd then just have to change it all again later.
But we can always hope
