I'd want to colonize that island. Equipped with 4 cows, two rivers with poor art, and lots of hills for forts.

Its also just a good lookin island!

The smaller river that starts in the middle of a field just feels weird to me... the rest of the picture I love.

There are quite a lot of mountains in these screenshots. In this one there seem to be barbarians stuck on the other side of that mountain range.

Maybe they are not stuck

... maybe you can move through mountains in Civ 5 (that would be nice... and being able to work and do improvements on mountains too).
