Why does the medieval era has more techs than the classical era?:confused: Everone knows there were as much advancements as in medieval era or more

Finally, the Alphabet is gone as a tech! :)

Horseback Riding still derives from The Wheel though....
It should instead come from the new tech Trapping, while The Wheel should be a prerequisite for Construction.

dont worry when civ5 comes out you can all make bloated mods with 500 techs

Yeah, except for the minor fact that you could skip about 20 techs and still were able to both research Future Tech and launch a spaceship, there was no bloat in it at all.

Yeah ik very dissapointing. I guess this is what they ment by watering down. Oh well apparently it will be moder friendly so they will fix it.
