  • Glad to see that someone else from Adelaide was arrested during the Vietnam moratoriums. I was the only minor arrested at one in 1972.
    So so glad to hear that. I'm interested to hear about how you feel when you have finished it and stubbed out that last ciggy. The elation I felt at that moment knowing that all my fears were unfounded and that quitting was literally going to be a pleasure is a highlight of my life.

    In the interests of accuracy, I did suffer a relapse and if you like, once you are a happy non smoker (the minute you finish the book), I would be more than happy to let you know what I consider the little traps that can lead to this. But not now, because none of the little traps can trump essential message of the book. So if you simply follow the advice, you'll be fine. I basically forgot the advice giving the traps a chance.

    I'd wish you luck but you won't need it. You won't need luck or help considering you are about to do something with absolutely no negatives, no sacrifice, no discipline required at all. It's just 100% win mate.
