Yeah I understand you must have Windows 10 to use DX12. That is what is holding me back, I don't want to upgrade. Too many driver issues still.

The new update just adjusted warmonger penalties. They also adjusted relationship timers. Might help? Reduced Warmonger penalties in most instances, and adjusted how this reacts to returning versus keeping a city. The last city conquered from a player now provides a heavy warmonger penalty...

I'd also like to be able to place the map pin anywhere in the tile. The pin is currently clamped to the center of the tile which doesn't help if I'm trying to name a river or terrain feature.

I think religion needs some tuning. So my vote for the most difficult set up is a huge map religious victory on immortal/deity.

I don't believe it is just your rig. I'm running an i7 overclocked to 4 ghz with a GTX 1070 and after about turn 100 turns the turn speed starts to feel long when playing huge 12 civ maps. My only comparison being a similarly setup game in Civ 5 that wouldn't start to slow down till much later...
