Did AIs in the past ignore requests to stop spreading their religion in your land?

So does the AI atleast take a diplomatic hit from it? In the eyes of other AI? Can't remember that right now.

    Brave New World reviews

I think something akin to an openAI project would be usefull. No need to reinvent the wheel everytime. Basic common sense rules could go a long way combined with a proper weighing of objectives. As it is currently with AI and if you don't use scripting we have something akin to this in a...

Countdown to Brave New World Pack

Oh yeah ... I'd forgotten that explanation. You're right. Well I do understand letting boxed copies determine release online as well. It was just the geographical difference I pondered. :)

Piety is now Ancient - still very weak.

After yet again having to answer the door wearing the towel and cutting my deliciously hot and environment unfriendly shower short. I wish I could pick atheism and still build inquisitors. -..- But thats ot. sorry.... The only thing I could think through the thread.

Why no BNW's main menu and intro soundtrack?

I kinda hope they stuck to the one from Gods and Kings... That one would be hard to beat imho.

Countdown to Brave New World Pack

Soooo... I'm still a bit curious of why the staggered release these days? Is it really a different version for us euros and others? I would have thought it was one release multiple languages nowadays. Or is it something like, not wanting the entire market downloading any lastminute...

    Brave New World reviews

To be fair... There still really isn't anything like good ai in strategy games like civ or total war. But I'd settle for adequate AI's. Which means less idiotic mistakes and a little more surprises.

Countdown to Brave New World Pack

"I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries." Still ... even given the onions you should be safe, but it's a matter of principle!

    Most disappointing wonder?

Something related to the V2, me262 or type xxi (and later designs)? Something showing the technological prowess displayed by the german scientists (under the pressure of the war). Well, basically the same kind of "desperation" was apparent on both sides during ww2 or later in the cold war...

    Whaddaya mean "what if?" :D

    Do we need Civ 6?

However most people are dumb... and can even then manage a challenge. Shouldn't that count in favour of ai being able to perform better? Right now, or allways actually, I rate AI in games from bad, over average, to somewhat adequate. And a lot of places where they are...

Can/Should Civs be able to leave World Congress?

Sorry for the off topicness and thanks for the reply. I thought it was something like that preventing one. Well I just got thinking off it.

    Will Japan be changed?

Hehe well it could be fun to "make your own" civ. As in we allready do that quite a bit through piecing together policies and religion. :)

Can/Should Civs be able to leave World Congress?

*snicker* Agreed... Though in my case I kinda view the victory options not as "victory" per say, but more of a guaranteed survival for the forseeable future. Being variations of getting everyone else to be like you (through force or inspiration) or simply being the only ones backed...

Can/Should Civs be able to leave World Congress?

It's probably the most practical form, but wouldn't be the most realistic. It might work out to be the best for keeping the WC a valid gameplay component, but then it's a bit of a crutch solution because other elements aren't realistic enough.
