You have the Radio/MM wonder resources for that. (Also, markets still give +1 for furs). Also, I don't think, I'd would be any less happy, if there where no soda cans anywhere and we had only bottles.. Maybe give +1 :health: since recycling cans is a heck of a lot easier than recycling glass.

Similar thing happened to me last game. Also, a few turns later I was getting a 10 unhappiness bonus in all my cities for "The world considers you a villian" even though all civs were at pleased or above.

Quick question, in some of the games on here, like The Nobles Club, people have different color backgrounds for "examine city" and such. How do you do that?
