I had the same issue. They worked fine first couple of conquered cities. About Renaissance era they would then remove 0 or 1 of the opposing faith instead of all.

I would definitely be all for this change. While I like the idea of grabbing more land through a UI to counter limited land grab abilities if you don't have close enough City-States, it's be hard to balance as a replacement for the current UB.

I had the exact same problem. Even building the wonder that gives you a free prophet didn't work. He didn't appear, but my capital was able to build Grand Temple oddly (which requires Holy City). Wiping all cache, mod folder, and saves, and reinstalling has stopped the issue from reappearing.

I'd like to make a modpack with with v12-18 + hotfix along with the RED pack and historic religions. Does the CPB require manual changes to the LUA to fix the above mentioned desyncs or is that not an issue anymore?
