I agree it doesn't seem conclusive and it hints at hidden mechanics. Though the maintenance fee is clearly higher than the corp owner gets and of course it should be.
What civics are you running? It seems to me like you are not running free market.
To me this seems like the way to cripple...
Does this mean that a city owner has to pay to the owner of the corporation an upkeep of 5 gc/turn per resource a corporation consumes?
And if the owner of the city and the corporation is the same civ then no money is transferred?
Please enlighten me. With lightning if you must ;)
This is very true!
Also the senseless killing of wild animals in the beginning of the game. I don't know what history book they read that in . I understand if it was killing weak tribes or normades, but animals??? :crazyeye: What happened to political correctness .

Incan Terrace, Roman Forum, Japanese Shale Plant.
A little unorthodox perhaps. The Terrace gives a significant culture boost without building cultural buildings. The Shale Plant gives the unique 10% bonus production. I generally never build Coal Plants, but this makes me reconsider...

I would rate the traits...
I also have the same feeling. The initial performance is much better after the patch I agree - so they have fixed something. If I start 5 new games in a row the loading times goes from 30 sec to 5 min. The loading times before the patch where on my pc no higher than 3-4 min after continuous...
@Rik Meleet: Why didn't you bring artillery? I know it should have been a victory, but why risk a unit this good (5 promotions unit vs unit with 1 promotion). Still this victory is not certain (I got 87.8% from the calculator).
Btw I have had losses. Due to the excessive loading times of this...
