yes i have done it till it says all files varified succesfull and it wont let me do it agin till i go into game then it freeze then i go and check and its starts all over and i check just other day for viruses and i was all clean no virus or malwear or any of that anoying stuff.

also just for the info iv tried both the direct 11 and 9 both do the same thing, iv reduce setting to the lowest and have made sure all drivers are updated. nothing i do will alow me to play. The game is to the point now where i cant get on and move two units befor it will freeze and crash...

also I don’t think it’s a pc issue as I have a rather good alien wear desktop with 12gb ram and the rest is good as well, it only about 9months old and I spent around 3k on it so it’s a very good pc and I have no problem running other games with much more graphics then civ.
