Dynastic cycle now says that eurekas/inpirations are improved from 25% to 35% instead of 50% to 60%. Change visible only when a game with the mod is loaded (or started). It means you can't see the change when you choose China before starting a game when it will be visible in the loading screen.

I just tested, it is indeed 35%. I'll adjust the description of China ability in the next version.

Yeah I thought about making it Russia only but I'm not exactly sure how to do it. I'm pretty sure it's doable though.

This mod allows you to build farms on tundra. You can also build farms on tundra hills once you have the civil engineering civic. It's my first mod so I went for something simple. Feel free to give feedback.
