It works. All I noticed is that there are a lot of techs without quotes and units without strategies. I could try to work on that if it would be O.K. with you.

Well, considering the fact that the final release is coming out soon, I don't think this will get a fix. Kael is probably ridiculously busy, (life, you know, that terrible thing) and unless the OC/UC are fundamentally broken, which they aren't (per se?), they probably won't be fixed. Crime...

The Undercouncil does seem to hold too much power, at least compared to the Overcouncil. I think that maybe the Overcouncil should also have some policies to complete and maybe even cancel out Undercouncil resolutions. Anti-slave patrols, City Guard to keep Undercouncil unrest out of cities...

Very nice. It just seems that with the Nationhood and Emancipation civics, Spiritual would really come in handy, even more than it already does ( Well, not like it isn't good already ). Anyway, excellent work and all that. I hope to see more improvements and maybe even a new civic or two...

I'm getting the same problem as Dancing Hoskuld, but I just clicked past all the error messages to see if the game would work. It did, but it crashed(just the basic 'Has encountered a problem and needed to close' kind of crash) when someone founded nature worship, which may be the problem...
