Is there any way with the new editor to allow one civ to get a technology no other can get.

There seems to be a 1st and 2nd attempt to 1645 am I to assum the second one is the one that will be carried forward.

Forgive me if I am being stupid but is it possible to download a save game of the current stage of the game?

It is not possible to unload units from an army.

I take it for the purposes of disbanding stuff, space ship components count as wonders and so one can not contribute to their production by disbanding units.

Does anyone have any suggestions on if this is a good idea or how it could be improved. :)
