So water resources is confirmed. I've had algae and oil appear in water multiple times now as well. So it seems like if you are short on oil a fabricator over water will basically guarantee oil eventually. Now to see if anything affects whether or not the 5 land only strategics spawn more so...

Just curious how people are finding performance for the game on a HD4400 (Intel Haswell ULV GPU, i5/7-4xxxu series). What resolution and settings? I believe some members have Surface Pro 2/3s for example (judging by the touch screen controls, or lack of, thread).
