The bad AI is very visible, I've seen many times AI making just very, but very stupid decisions. Like making a city 1 tile away from the river in the middle of the desert or something stupid like this. Making Holy sites and Campus not near Mountains when there are mountains near the city and etc.

What made me triggered is that a mod made by a simple man just for fun have more effect and is way better than the job made by a worker of Firaxis Games that must gain a ton of money doing ****.

Japan have cultural bonuses (kinda), just put samurai in Civic tree and done. As Samurai historical is something cultural, and not that scientific.

No one upgrades to Keshiks, they don't replace anyone. You have to Remember that Keshiks are the only effective way to the Mongols win the game, but there are still counters with Spearman/Pikeman. Not like War-Cart that you can't counter and you have nothing to do, only to wait for your death.

Rise and Fall actually nerfed Norway ability to early take coastal cities, the loyalty system hurt Norway very much. On the other side, England has Royal Navy Dockyard that gives bonus loyalty in other continents. So I think Norway x England is a very close match.
