Haven't picked up Civ 5 in about a year. As of late, what is the most expansive Modpack for Civ V, the way Rise of Mankind/A New Dawn was for Civ IV? I want to be able to change as many things as possible, and also allow unit stacking (which I've seen in one-off mods).
