This seems a little strange. First of all, guerillas do not have hidden nationality by default. Second, whenever I am at war with an enemy I always take whatever I can including their workers. War, especially just for workers, hurts your reputation. Ahhhhh my reputation!!!

I loved leonardo's workshop, though not quite as effective as in civ 2 :(

this really sucks. specialized armies like paratroopers would be devastating, just like marine armies.

I find communism very usefull especially if it is the preferred form government. Communism is very effective for long drawn out wars because of the 6 unit support per town, any size, think cold war.
