The "buildings" that Precision Strike will hit first are tactical military improvements.
ie) barracks, walls, civil defense, coastal fortress
Therefore it does have a use,especially when you knock out civil defense in a metropolis.

For overall score, is a quick domination better? Or could you get a better score for a later, industrial/modern domination, with more (happier) citizens.
Or can you even get a higher score for milking it near the domination limit and launching a spaceship? How does this work?
Has anyone with the VIA/S3G card gotten the game to work without having black terrain? If so, please enlighten me so I can 'enlighten' the game screen.
