yes this topic is in the Civ3 section of the forum and thus all mods are Civ3 mods ;)
btw: if I remember correctly it was not possible to convert Civ3 units to Civ4, because of the different systems

I also think we don't need a discussion about/against cheats, mods and so on here ;)
but one point I've to mention about cheats and trainers:
a trainer doesn't need to be a massive cheat tool which destroys game fun in opinion of many people... our notion of a trainer is a program that allows...

I updated the trainer today again to add some more cheats ;)
already added 2 days ago:
- city production works on districts as well
added today:
- Increase/decrease units view range
- Instant allow unit to levelup
- Increase worker actions
- Increase religious...
there is a large green download-button above the cheat list ;)
we've written trainers for more than 1.000 games and for each game there are one or more free cheats... so there is no need to pay to use the trainer, but yes if want more or all content, you've to pay for it... why, how and so on...

each cheat has it's own activate button, so you don't need to press one global activation-button before use the single cheats... but it's important to press the "start button" in the trainer, because this one sets the selected game and version 'active' in the trainer

if the trainer can start the game with the start-button you've installed Civ5 in original way... for this reason the game should be updated automatically by steam (in our tests it doesn't matter if you enable or disable...
I don't think it's possible to cheat in LAN mode or any other MP-mode with our trainer... you should always get a sync-problem, because we don't hack the MP-anti-cheat-protection
