I had a similar bug yesterday. Playing as Korea, I could not take Rome with infantry! US walked right up and took it. I had to wait for them to riot again before being able to take it with the same infantry. Bug.

You are not the only one. I especially hate it when the AI populates the continent I'M on with 2 other AI's and an unfair share of CSs. While I'm moshing with a larger share of the world's populous, the others are leisurely expanding on the other side of the world. *Restart

I have the same error, but in my audio settings it actually lists my sigmaTel audio card--- I'm not noticing anything wrong with the sound during game play though- odd.
