    Warmonger penalties

    If you go warmonger, better kill all, then get delared of war from all, then kill all :D. If you want to spare the lives of some beaten Civ, you have to maintain some unit to watch out when they gathered forces to war again with you. Surely this time you need some fortress.

    There is always an "order build" to Order, it is Social Realism + Skycrapper => 5YP. And i think they are enough to win the game. 5YP are so good that it boost your production like mad (about 3-10 raw productions a city).     Why does pottery cost 40 instead of 38?

    Each city you found increase your tech cost depend on map size and speed. When i play huge marathon, each city founded increase 2% tech cost.
