People choose their religion to a much greater degree than they choose their sexuality. Yet many religious people want religion to be a protected status, but want sexuality to not be. The hypocrisy of such people is just blindingly pathetic.

Would like to know the educational bona fides of all the people advocating a strict meritocracy in teacher compensation. I'm betting next to zero.
