Might be a stupid question but does this mean the terrain the unit is standing in is rough/open or the terrain the unit is heading into is rough/open. Having a hard time interpreting this. Thanks.
Historically, Uranium was discovered _before_ it was useable. I'd assume the same for all those modern discoveries. Gameplay, it helps me decide who I want/need to destroy to get that oil!
This sucks. I'm having the same problems with the civilopedia. I was really hoping someone in the know would know what to do about. Oh, well. Here's hoping a new patch will fix this annoyance.
I rolled back the drivers to 5.12 and nothing changed so I rolled them back all the way to 4.12. Here's a snapshot of what happened then. I guess I can handle the 5.13 version but if anyone knows how I can fix this... please let me know.
I just got the new ATI drivers. Man, things really run a lot smoother but I'm having this really weird shininess on a couple of the leaders' faces. Hatshepsut and Bismarck, most noticeably. I've attached some screenshots. Anyone know what the heck's going on? I'm going to try rolling back my...
I only get a glimmer of white eyes, as you call it. As if, in a rush to present their picture, they were still putting on their eyelids and lips. Maybe it's a nod to politicians' makeup artists or something.

I just wanted to say that I really enjoy your tiger. It actually makes the jungles even closer to the true threat they are in reality. Facing that powerful cat in territory you can't quickly escape or see very far. It's quite fun.
Oh, yeah... and it's gorgeous
Thanks a lot. I just found out the hard way [a million error dialogs] that you need to copy the old files or else it doesn't know about the entries in the old XML.
A couple of questions/thoughts actually...
1. Can you mod via XML in your Custom Assets [in the "My Games" sub-folders] or do you have to do it in the main folder? I'm presuming you can, though there are no actual XML files to mess with in the Custom Assets area.
2. If so, does the Custom...
Hey, guys? Wouldn't the "Rand" in "iDiscoverRand" [as in--integer Discover Random] indicate that this chance of discovering new mineral deposits is a randomly generated? Not some inevitablity? I've always assumed that the mined square gets checked/rolled/whatever every turn to see if it sprouts...
I can't get the friggin' program to ever download. Is there anyone who might still have the installer who can email it or post it or something? Thanks in advance.
