    Warlords is all right...but as GenocideBringer said it isn't neccessary.

    Do you use the Advanced Start feature?

    It's a cool feature for those that don't want to be pressing end turn over and over for that settler unit to get finished. I like starting straight from the beginning however, so I don't use it.

    Inflation

    I'm pretty sure there isn't. Civ 4 doesn't put a huge emphasis on micromanaging economics.

    Give us the ability to Nuke our own lands.

    You should see the people that think ONE nuke can destroy the entire world. The nukes in-game are accurate enough, and if you don't think they are then tweak the proper files.

    Sometimes leaders AI is changed slightly each time you play with...so they won't always act the same way each time.

    UN and Denied Resolutions-Wrong Way of Doing Things?

    Nations can do whatever they want in real life...they don't have do ANYTHING the UN says. Of course severe penalties apply.
