    Language translations for leader sayings

Even with voice sample and all. Interesting. Princeofnigeria here claims to have known actual Zulu people. I doubt it's still the case, but hopefully when he's not scamming people with his Nigerian bank account, he might think of us whenever the chance arises again to get Zulu people translate...

    Language translations for leader sayings

Always surprising how they find people to speak in the lines for certain civs, yet finding people online who speak those languages to translate for us is often near-impossible. In that regard it surprises me how no one has been able to translate Shaka's lines thus far.

Grand Finale: Battle of the Civs!

So little votes for Montezuma? Surprises me to be honest. I myself voted for Poland. :)

Which Civ we should have before Civilization VI?

From the Thirty Years' War. By the way, gin was orignally based on the Dutch drink jenever (Dutch gin). Gin is more like English jenever, than the other way around. :p Not that it matters. I personally am more of a beer drinker myself and I associate jenever with winter.

Which Civ we should have before Civilization VI?

Popular choices are often the most reviled of them all. I don't mind Canada. By the way, in Dutch people have a saying "zo dronken als een Maleier" ('as drunk as a Malay'), which obviously is an expression from the colonial past of the Dutch Empire. Totally irrelevant of course. :p

    Defensive Pact and DoW's

WWI started with Defensive Pacts, so it somehow makes sense people hate you once the world's on fire. Personally I use defensive pacts when I see an AI isn't getting along with my archenemy and that AI is a neighbour of that same enemy.

Do You Play in Teams ?

I neither so the sense in teams. This game is about making your civilisation grow and develop. I think in that regard all are opponents of one another.

Heat #3: Battle of the Civs!

I've voted for Babylon. Science centered, epic beard and an ancient civilisation. Walls of Babylonia are fine I guess, but Bowmen kind of have a limited lifespan before they become obsolete. At least a Babylonian player tends to feels safe in the early game. I vote for civs that I like both...

Misses the option: I never played in team, but who know what the future holds.

    Civilization V Funny screenshots

Seems rather a useless belief, hence I never knew it existed.

    Best Civilization game WITH expansions

Civ 5 because civilisations are far more diversified here. In other Civ games only a unique building and/or unit made the civs different, aside from starting techs and leader traits (both of which were not unique). Gods & Kings also finally made the mechanics interesting. Brave New World made...

Heat #2: Battle of the Civs!

My favourites of the list: Assyria, Aztecs, Russia and Zululand. My choice went to Russia in the end.

Catherine's eyes also. By the way, aside from all that, she's one of those leaders that's least willing to sign a peace treaty after you DOW'ed her, likes to expand, is research-centered and is very prone to using a nuke. Seductive, yet dangerous lady indeed.
