I will put at least 1 envoy in every city states I meet just for the capital bonus (does 2 commercial city states 1 envoy bonus stack?), then the rest just goes into the one i want or stashed for later use
I mean, if they release it without the new features (districts, religious victory etc) but without these bugs (not counting those undiscovered ones), the complain would be "This game is not worth it because it is bare bone!!!", as long as the dev team rolls out patches regularly, I am ok with it...
if you missed out on getting a religion, and later totally wipe the civ who converted you, do you get his religion to pursue religious victory? or a different question would be would the defeated AI still in contest for religious victory?
Production and Gold are the definite "kings" in the current build, that means Barbarossa is the king at the moment since his bonuses are basically production(the Hansa, which get bonus from the gold source -- commercial hub) and gold(in terms of one extra district so you can just spam commercial...
Agenda is a good concept, on paper, but the execution is not very good imo, Kongo do not like you the moment you found a religion because you have not converted them? That's poor implementation right there.
Make it a timed thing, where the negative point will grow by each turn, and once it hits...
Surprise by the calm attitude here since its actually a victory condition lol, guess i will chill and let the game play out as I planned and see where will it takes me then
Well go ahead and kill everyone is one way, but what if I want to pursue another victory condition? Living in perpetual anxiety seeing enemy apostle approaching and you can do nothing besides warring the civ is not good at all, i might just disable the victory condition entirely though
As per the title, what's your next step knowing if the religion you will be getting from the AI is the dominant one, and you cant stop it with your own religion?
Is it still the same as 5 where you only need to hold your own capital, like in a game of 3, me, Greece, England
Greece took London, then I took Athens, will it gives me a domination victory? Or I have to press forward and take London as well?
Get to build my own district and city puzzle is the best part, looking at the land, changing the potential layout as more tiles are uncovered is really fun (did not expect that), while all the time have to worry about the AI (not as much as you know, them issues)
I have always run industrial + commercial adjacency cards, and also the great engineer/merchant/scientist for the wild card
military wise I always liked the minus maintenance one
diplomacy cards are the only section I cared least, because other than the +2 envoy point per turn, none of the other...
My Rome play through had my capital with 170 production per turn(Ruhr Valley + 5 adjacent power plants/factory + its own industrial districts + I pooled all my 10 trade routes to Rome)
plus I stalked the great person screen every turn just to make sure I get all those with production boost to...
