Ok, i 've done that and still not working. I can't click on civilization4.exe there's no such thing. there is a field in the upper part of the menu that says 'file's name' and it's empty. When i run the installer i only see the folders. i don't see the EXE.

Hey, i don't have such line in my ini file. i am not sure if the naming is also correct. i have CivilizationIV.ini and CivilizationIV.ini.bak. If i don't have this Load Mod can i add it and where?

Only the Hot seat option is working. we want to do net or any of the other options cause hot seat is annoying and we have to share one PC, one monitor and 2 mouses- it's just a bit too uncomfortable. Also his game is from steam while mine is not- maybe that's the problem?
