Yes, I fixed the problem now, unfortunately the game still crashes if I pick custom scenerio it crashes after I pick a civilization and if I pick Play scenerio it crashes after it starts loading, do I need colonization to play this mod?

Well it depends I never do get a warning when it does allow me to enter their territory. How do you use the keyboard to enter their territory?

Well thats strange if I am at peace with an independent it simply does not allow my soldiers to enter their territory.

I'm still having trouble getting all the civs to show up I have the mod file in assets it didn't work on any of the maps and then i replaced it with the file you suggested to someone else and that didn't work on any of the maps either. All I can think of is that I put everything in the wrong...
