Personally, when I play as america, I try to expand as much as possible during the early portions of the game, then switch into a more militaristic strategy.

ah I see. Maybe only the most advanced tanks (modern armor and mech infantry) would be immune, as they would logically have the most effective plating.

perhaps 25% damage would be better? Immunity is a bit much
