I'm using this post cause I have the same problem, I try to use Earth 40 Civs mod, and when I try to load it, the game exits like it's normal but then it stalls, it gives me an error. I've formated my pc yesterday and that mod always worked. I use Win Vista with the 3.19 patch. Any ideas...
