I think Sumeria should be balanced... as it is now, you can win the UHV by researching writing and just focus food production though the game bugs if you win a victory at 2000 bc so you have to start by spamming vultures (4 should do) then just wait for the chariots to come and then research...
good mod! I think the sumerian UHV is too easy... i did it on first try with only 1 warrior to defend the city... and it bugged so i couldnt play any further, i dont know why...
it worked... now im stuck in another problem:
i did this:
x= 5
def printParity(x):
#if x%2==0:
##print x, "is even"
#else:
##print x, "is odd"
printParity(x)
then a synthax error :/
Succes:) ive gone through 1.5 chapter today :)
Thanks :)
Btw your "def powerOf(5) :
#return value*value" didnt work... it says that the (5) is a synthax error... havent figured out how to open python in civ yet....
Edited: the powerOf(value) works, but it says:
25
none
where does the none come from?
Finally progress came over the printTwice thing by doing this
printTwice (bruce) :
print bruce, bruce
printTwice ("bruce")
def printTwice (spam)
print spam, spam
printTwice ("spam")
and then it showed:
spam spam
:)
Edit:Cant understand this...:
how do i use the traceback function...
yeah it was written some lines below...
Now i have this problem. it says thisHere is an example of a user-defined function that has a parameter:
I did like this :
def printTwice (bruce) :
print "bruce", "bruce"
printTwice ("bruce")
then it says this:
bruce bruce
then i do this...
The print command worked... But now the guide says i should try to add a note to a function ( like hour = minute*60) and it says i should add a # and then the note, but the note and the # just turns red... Tried ALL the keys on my keyboard none opened the inbuilt python in civ...
Edit: your...
How do i open the Built-in python... Somebody told me it was the ~key but it didnt work... Im using a danish keyboard, and i know that it is different... As an example:
When i tried to start modding Medieval TW 2 it wasnt the ~ but the Æ key... The Æ key doesnt work here...
