I have civ version 313, save version 301, build version 3.0.0.1. The file I download from atomic gamer is an efw file, whatever that is. I click it and nothing happens. I have to use 7 zip to open. I tried winrar but i cannot get it to work.

I did as instructed. But when I download it does not self extract. I have to save it and extract it with 7-zip. When I extract it routes it to the mod folder in my games, so i changed it to the correct mod folder in the firaxis games file. IT extracts a folder named $[31]. When loaded it...

Cant get this mod to load right. It gives me multiple xml did not load errors. I have tried for 3 days to get this loaded and can't get it to work. Can anyone help?

Ok , ill check the path, if it's not pathed right how do you fix it? also, i have downloaded them the way you saidd, but others have told me to download them into the mod folder in the firaxis folder within the actual game file, in the mod folder there. still no luck i may delete all mods...

Hi all. Fairly new to the forums and i have a problem. Not sure if this is the correct place for this but here goes. I have downloaded about every new civ on this site. I get them downloaded and installed. Then i go tothe advanced section to lod a mod and it shows up in the mod list there...

I have never been able to make your civ load or work, I can download it and unzip it, it shows up on the mod list in game, but when loaded it never shows up as a choice on the civ screen where you choose your civ. I dont know what im doing wrong. Any ideas?

The first one i downloaded worked, but all others i downloaded never would work. i give up.

ok, the place i have been putting thems is in my documents, games, civ 4, mods. i download them into the mod folder then unzip them there....is that the right place?

This is a great idea for a civ, if I can get it to work for me. All the mods i download never work for me. they dont show up in the list of civs after i load them. not sure why they dont......i am gonna keep trying tho.
