Just Build a Holy Site in one of my city with the Warrior Monks belief, expecting Culture Bomb, but it didn't triggered.

I build. It significantly increases all city yields and reduces boredom. Isn't it good?
Well, probably I won't build it anymore, because +1 per religion is may be a little bit low.
Randomized Victory Conditions option is a great feature. I'm trying this now.
Just curious, is it possible to implement multiple required victory conditions? For example, to win you have to complete both spaceship and culture victory.
I always wanted this option be implemented.
Free cultural and food-keeping buildings, that should be in all cities due to accepted social policies, seem not to appear in the annexed cities.
Is it a bug or a feature?
With the latest release (1.24c) the maintenance cost disappeared from tooltip when hovering over a building item in the city view screen. See the attachment screenshot.

I haven't finished the game yet, but experiencing several balance issues.
1) Often fells out of the unit supply limit (that causes the production penalty). I only hope that AIs have the same limitations.
2) Religion spreads naturally too fast. I even had to...
Just in one turn GPT of some AI civs increased from ~10 gpt to thousands (~6000 gpt).
I suspect the recent update that was silently installed one or two days ago. However after the update was installed I could play several turns without a visible problem though.
