Tried that. I have been through so much crap with Steam. The only way I (and I know of many others on forums) that can play mods is through the download of them and not through steam workshop.
Thanks anyways.
Could you post a download link here too?
I cant use the workshop for downloading the mods. They appear as subscribed but never show in the mods section of the game. Something to do with having no my documents folder on c: and steam games being installed on a different drive than where steam is...
Thats a shame. One day when the code is accessible it would be a nice change to see. Until then I will keep playing with your mods. Thanks for your work on these.

Thanks Atilla and Thal, I use your mods combined and also the willards like you say. Good to hear I no longer have to change the files to make them work together. Great job.
Great job your doing here Procylon. I remember the days of playing call to power and why at the time I ditched Civ to play it. Very indepth game really liked it and am glad your working on this.
I'm not too sure yet on your new method for strategic resources, I have really liked the feel of...
In my game its 1645(ish) Prince level and there have been no major wars. The problem I have is 6 out of 10 of the AI are now in the Industrial era. Is this a freakish occurance or is the time line still off?
