I semi-resolved this issue. If I build one road segment at a time rather than auto-building long stretches I can upgrade. If I auto-build I cannot upgrade.

I resolved my problem. I had to uninstall every game related file from my PC and re-installed and everything seems to be working correctly.

Sorry to be your new Problem Child. I have installed the upgrade and my natives still don't have anything to trade and their money never refreshes at all. If I understand correctly if I want to upgrade versions I just need the new DLL. If I am doing 2 plot cities do I need to install both...

Here is one example (I think I uploaded correctly) . I believe the active Settlers are trying to upgrade an existing road. It seems if I build the road from scratch it works most of the time. However, if "Settler A" builds a road and moves on and "Settler B" tries to upgrade the basic road...

I am new to the Mod and I am finding the Natives have almost no goods for trade. For the most part they have less than 10 of a given resource. Is this by design? I have always enjoyed the native trading aspect. This makes it not really worth doing.

Hello Can anyone tell me how to consistently build paved/plastered roads? I think I have tried every combination and I must be missing something. I can build them at times but it seems random and I cannot figure out how to build them "on purpose" every time. Anyone help? Also, hdd, if you...

It just seems really random. I thought perhaps I could only upgrade with a Hardy Pioneer but that's not the deal. I am clearly missing something just have no clue what.
