Thanks for updating the [BtS MODCOMP] Resource Tech Research Modifier Mod... updated the mod comp so it is completely updated to v3.19 and resolved the issue where tech was getting completely and correctly displayed on screen.

It's coming along... slowly! lol

Any luck squashing bugs?
