South Africa is crashing the game whenever the it tries to unpackage the CIV5MOD file - I have tried it in DX9, 11, and Win8 modes. I have no other mods installed. Any idea what could be causing this?

Many thanks. Sorry to ask more, but what types are each of those city-states? I think there's only Trade, Religious, and Militaristic, that's the only sort I've seen in screenshots, but I'm not sure. And the color defines for each of the civs is of import too - they're likely to be in a file...

Hmmm, that's weird, most scenarios just have an XML file that gives the RGB values. I figured it might be something to do with default pre-assigned values somewhere in the game but I was not certain. Guess I have to look for where those specific things are defined! I have a slight idea where...

Well, it seems it's not defined in the actual scenario, nor in the Brave New World files overall, after I searched every one of them possible. I think they are somehow drawing from predefined color keys or something that I cannot seem to find. This is really bizarre.

In the files for Brave New World and the Scramble for Africa scenario, I cannot for the life of me find out exactly where the colors for Belgium and the Boers are actually set. Does anybody know which file actually contains this information? I require a fair bit of precision on this, and just...

Oh huh, so this now pretty much incorporates Health and Plagues? Intriguing. One thing that sort of bothers me: shouldn't the Health-related crime be like, Pollution instead of Suicide? The latter strikes me as really weird, to be honest.
