If you cant access world builder in a hotseat is there anything similar? Something i can quit the game and change the settings and load it back up?

At one time i think i seen an option in the setup in a custom game that said if you are destroyed you can respawn as another civ. If this isnt in the game i reccomend it for all fhe hours you put into a game. Also it would be a cool idea to play as the colony you created on another continent...
