roblem that I am having is that I have two sepate BTS folders somehow. One has a MODS folder and the other has a Mods folder. I renamed the folder like you said but then your short cut stopped working.

Thanks for all the help. I have been away from Civ4 for a long time and this mod has me greatly interested again. Would a complete reinstall with just your Mod do the trick do you think? I have no problem taking the time to do that if it means I can play this obviously very great mod.

I deleted out the python folder and it seems to be working. My question now is what unintended consequences will there be? What files do I really need?
