    Why? No Cs allies or bribing, and no gold to buy anything, and you can't buy strategic resources off AIs (I'm the only one who does this...?). And your science.............will die.

    Doing that on a city-state in the early game would be safer. You would probably only get 1-2, but a lot safer. And you will never be able to pull that off on MONTY of all people in the early game on higher difficulties. You would be murdered. Later game, you could try that.
