How do I expand my Empire quickly without going into debt?. I want to grab more land, but each new city that I build causes me to lose money faster than I can make it, then I don't have money to research technologies.

Could you add cliffs to your shipwreck "xtgc.pcx" so I don't have to choose between the two?. Also, the "xtgc.pcx" for the cliffs has modified tundra, I prefer what you did with the tundra in the shipwreck "xtgc.pcx".

You think you could change Persia's colour to something else?. What's the name of the colour currently being used?, I prefer to have the original colour, than use that. :sad:

I tried Optionals "Civ colours alternative" mod and it works fine. I don't like the colour for Persia though - redish pink. I put the Palettes folder into "C:\Games\Civilization 3 Complete\Conquests\Art\Units".

I'm using Civilization 3 Complete, and have the Art folder for both Civilization 3 and C3C backed up. I copied Rhye's Palettes folder into the "C:\Games\Civilization 3 Complete\Conquests\Art\Units" folder and it didn't work. So I deleted the folder and tried putting the modified Palettes...

You most likely got the coal from Arabia, looking at one of your screenshots. Japan has three sources of coal and only one roaded, so I can't trade them for it. By the way, the Germans aren't one of the civs in this map. I went back some saves to fix a few things, here's the latest save if you...
