I'm sorry, what does it actually mean converting the wonders into tile improvements? Do you need a worker to build the wonders on a selected tile? Or does it mean you've edited the 3D art for the wonders?

Sorry if I'm being a rétard but if I capture a city and immediately start razing it, does my SP cost go up or does it stay the same? I know SP cost goes up if you annex a captured city but it shouldn't if you have to annex it to raze it.

If a civ has been eliminated you can liberate ONE of their former cities. It doesn't matter if it was their capital or not.

Landed elite is the WORST SP in the game. It doesn't even work on puppets.
