What if the new depot is the modding SDK (finally) and they're prepping it now to release with or otherwise after the last LP drop?

Do they have these cards or at least art in this style for all/any of the pre-LP leaders? It’s really neat to see, but will be kinda weird/sad if only the LP leader additions get this treatment

Honestly, I’m surprised that we never got an Alexander variant for Greece. Technically, nothing about his LUA has to change (regardless of whether it meshes well with Greece’s civ bonuses), just some minor visual differences in his clothing and whatnot, same with Eleanor and Kublai

Jumping to assumptions that Firaxis set out to scam their playerbase with a manufactured debacle over a free DLC pack and intentionally lose all of the goodwill the Civ team has cumulatively built just to make a quick buck is depressingly pessimistic

My assumptiom is that they’re gonna release these short teasers over the weekend leading to sort of try and build modest-but-consistent hype, so we will have one for Nzinga/Saladin tomorrow and then the other on Sunday, and then full First Looks + Livestream(?) + release on Monday

There's a very small possibility that it's a part of one of the other three's LUAs (Sultan Saladin maybe?), and they wrote it into Julius' website description by mistake. It is a neat ability, I would hate for it to be gone entirely and not incorporated into someone else's kit down the track
